Online Work (www.unemployedpinoys.com)

Okay, lots are texting and emailing me whether unemployedpinoys.com is a scam or not. I understand the doubt. For some, paying a membership fee whistles RED FLAG. I don’t blame anyone who thinks of it that way. I know there are lots of scammers out there invading the web, especially through online jobs. And all of them requires a credit card or a membership fee deposit to earn more. They are actually pyramid-ing, wherein a member spreads the word for recruiting purposes, and once someone hops in, they get a cut. And when that someone recruits, you still get a cut from the 3rd line, without even doing anything, not a job, not a simple task. Pitiful is the gullible who bites it and makes the capstone of the pyramid richer and richer with every recruit.
Now to answer your question about why unemployedpinoys.com requires an annual membership fee of Php350.00, please read the ff:

The Registration Fee

- The Annual Registration Fee are[sic] required to be submitted prior to activation of your Working Dashboard. The fee is intended to sustain the system/resources that will be allocated to your working dashboard while you are working at home using our system.

- After validation of your registration fee, it will only take 36 to 48 hours for our I.T. Team to prepare your working dashboard containing the list of Task Item/s you will be working with.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: You are not required to settle the Registration Fee if you are not qualified to join this project.
TIP: All new members, or Members who are less than a month after joining http://www.unemployedpinoys.com, AND did not earn anything at all from the system, are allowed for an option to Refund their Annual Membership Fee in Full, but they will never be allowed to join again to http://www.unemployedpinoys.com including other projects Splunkeez I.T. may launched[sic] from time to time. ” - http://www.unemployedpinoys.com/program-policies/
And yes, a member gets incentives when his/her referral gets hired or once the referral’s dashboard gets activated. That’s an extra income for the members, but not a need. It’s an optional task and it’s up to the members if they want to share and earn a bit more. Main task is still Data Encoding for now.
To those expecting much like what can one get from Odesk and other Foreign job sites, well http://www.unemployedpinoys.com is a Filipino operated company and they pay in Pesos, not Dollars. As Miss Danica Guibone stated, “When you join UEP, what you can get is an added income weekly. You can earn thru data research and encoding, as well as incentives for inviting new qualified members, and other optional tasks from your working dashboard. UEP cannot offer so much earnings just like the other websites. But what we can guarantee is that you get paid every week for your hard and sincere work while at home. UEP can be your option as an add-on income for your day-to-day living. We are Filipinos, so we cannot offer Dollar earnings. There is also a registration fee of PHP 0.95 cents a day or PHP 350.00 good for 1 year.”  Perhaps, consider it a part-time job. I do.

I have to get back on my feet again this week and do more. Though grateful of last week’s income (refer to 1st receipt), I’m pretty much not contented. I guess I have to get back to work after posting this. :)
I hope I answered all of your queries. And if you’re still interested to be a Data Entry Specialist and earn weekly, please visit

All the best!

My Part-Time Online Work Payout

I’ve blogged about doing Data Entry online days back. (Please refer to this blog post: Unemployed Pinoys (Online Work) Now, a lot of people questioned about it; whether it’s a scam or a networking. Once again, it is no scam, neither a networking. There’s no recruitment of some sort but people get hired only through invitation. Once you’re hired, you have the privilege to refer friends. I did not give all my time to it since I took it as a part-time job; extra income. But with just a few hours of your day researching online and encoding using MS Excel and getting more than a Thousand Pesos in a week, who wouldn’t want to go full-time? Besides, this is more convenient to me than other freelance companies out there since, with Unemployed Pinoys, once your account is activated, you automatically get tasks to work on. Anyway, here’s my last Income Report:

Now, I’m taking this seriously. Perhaps, full-time. Why not? :)

For those interested, since they’re still hiring, please check my blog post Unemployed Pinoys (Online Work) for the mechanics.

P.S. Will be posting my scanned LBC Receipt soon for the skeptics. LOL! Have a great day!

My First Dahilayan Adventure Experience (Day 1)

We all woke up early Saturday morning getting prepped up for the not so long journey to Dahilayan, Bukidnon. It was a 2-hour long journey to the place. Before getting there, you will definitely pass by the Del Monte pineapple plantation. The long and wide plantation was such a sight to see. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos of the plantation. Two hours went on til we reached the Dahilayan Eco Adventure Park.

We first stopped by the lobby to check in.

Our room wasn’t at the same building ‘coz our reservations were made at the new Pine Grove Mountain Lodge building right in front of the main one. We stayed on the 3rd floor.

Image

We settled ourselves in upon reaching our room and picked our places respectively. The room can actually accommodate at least 6  but we had to get an extra bed coz we were seven in total. There were 4 beds plus the extra single bed (2 beds up the loft). It has a TV with cable and a hot and cold shower. We needed the hot shower badly coz it was bloody cold up there.  We had our lunch in our room which we had already prepared at home. After resting and munching, we prepped ourselves again for the long day ahead.

One of our daily doses of happiness and optimism; my nephew at 8 months.

We headed then to Forest Park.

It costs Php100.00 for a horse ride.

You have to pay an entrance free of Php100.00 on weekends/holidays and only Php50.00 on weekdays. Then you’ll get stamped on with their logo.

There are lots to do inside Forest Park.

We then went back to the Adventure Park to check on the rides.

We first rode the newest of the rides which is the Python Zipride Coaster. It is Philippine’s first Roller Zipline and Asia’s Longest Zipline Roller Coaster. We zipped, rolled, rattled, dropped, swung and bounced over 500 meters. Watch the videos below!

For better viewing, watch the videos in HD on Youtube.

After the ride, we had to climb a flight of stairs again going back to Forest Park to dine. On our way, we encountered a man carrying a Philippine Reticulated Python.

Props to the birthday girl, my niece AESHA, for courage.

The food was delish. Two of us had Sizzling Roast Pork. The others had Sinigang (Sour Fish Soup), Chicken Adobo, Fish Fillet, Lechon Kawali and Sizzling Roast Beef.

Upon leaving Forest Park, we had to experience shaking and shivering.

FOG!

For Unemployed Pinoys (Online Work)

I have been searching lately on ways to earn more money. I’m a co-owner of an online business which deals with buying and selling innovated and handmade fashion accessories. As I was searching for group pages to share and post my business page on, I bumped into this post that says “Job Hiring Data Entry (Online Job)” and it caught my attention coz I have a wide experience in data entry per se. I contacted the poster immediately and after a week, I have another source of income! Yay! All I do is use Google and type on MS Excel the data I get.

NOTE:
This isn’t a scam nor a CAPTCHA typing. You don’t need to sell anything and this isn’t a networking or some Ponzi. All you need to do is encode using Microsoft Suite Excel. Always remember, real money is from real work. You can do full-time or part-time. You hold your time with no pressure. It’s a weekly job so it depends on when you want to start or end, provided that you submit before the deadline, which is on a weekly basis.

All you need:

Internet Connection
Personal Computer / Laptop
Basic Knowledge on MS Excel

HOW I LOST WEIGHT THE HEALTHY WAY (Exercise excluded)

From 64 Kilos down to 55 Kilos in three months!

At first, I admit that I did not have plans per se nor should I say it was not in any of my intentions to go on a healthy diet. However, when my boyfriend had an hepatic virus, he had to go on a bed rest and a very strict fat-free diet. That’s where my journey started. I was his caregiver, nurse and all. Of course, I earned more knowledge on health, proper diet, etc. from his Doctor (who has a PhD in Internal Medicine; not only a clinic Doctor but a Professor in one of the best schools here in the city where I live now) and most especially from our all time favorite encyclopedia, the World Wide Web.

I had to do an everyday research on the virus and the over-all health. I stumbled on a lot of information that led me to one spice that is common in our kitchen areas. I actually don’t recall how I went there but yeah, it’s now one of my few discovered fountains of youth. But before we discuss that, my first step on losing kilos of weight is eating 6 small meals a day. As the boyfriend’s caregiver, I was hands-on on his diet and it somehow made me conscious on my daily intake, too. It’s better to have 6 small or light meals than to have 3 big meals a day. A big meal means a big stomach. Our stomach is flexible and goes in accordance to the food we take in. Thus, a small meal means a small stomach. When we get used to having a big meal, our stomach expands as we take in huge amount of food. And small intakes per meal hence will no longer make us full or satisfied. For big eaters out there, don’t worry because once you start having small meals per day, you’ll gradually get used to it. It will no longer harm your craving. Never skip a meal though. Skipping a meal can lead to food binge. And always remember that breakfast is still and will always be the healthiest meal of the day.

My second step is having minimal fatty food (especially red meat and junk food), carbonated drinks and milk chocolates which I am guiltiest of. But I do cheat and I have them in moderate amounts.

Thirdly, I love teas. Don’t you? I’m not a tea loyalist though. Aside from tea, I also love coffee and milk. I guess most of us, if not all, know that green tea helps in weight loss. It is said to have anti-oxidants and can cut body fat. Since I love all three, I make sure to have at least a glass of each a day; Coffee or milk in the morning, perhaps coffee again in the afternoon and green tea or milk tea before I retire. Coffee as well is rich in anti-oxidants and it can help you with your weight loss as long as you opt for black with minimal sugar or no sugar at all. As for me, I must have a cup of coffee at least a day to help me combat my life’s nemesis, which is migraine, ‘cause I’m not the type who depends on drugstore pain relievers.

Lastly, it’s the magic spice that I have talked about in my introduction. It’s the spice we love on our bread, on our apple pies, and in our candles. It’s that scent that makes us long for the Holiday Season.  We’re talking about that spice in our kitchen cupboards i.e. Cinnamon. Yes, I do take ground cinnamon daily. I sprinkle ground cinnamon about twice or thrice on my tea and on my coffee. It tastes good and smells great. And how does it help in weight loss? It has high digestive properties. It regulates the breakdown of carbohydrates and the production and use of insulin by our bodies. While it does those to our body, cinnamon also serves as a treatment to other major diseases and problems as well as the minor ones, which includes our hair and our skin. For proper digestion and assimilation of food in your body, drink cinnamon tea daily, half an hour before breakfast. You can add a teaspoon of honey but it’s optional. Or maybe sprinkle it on any food or salad of your choice. Either way, enjoy your cinnamon the way you want.

See, without extensive exercise and meal skipping, you can still lose kilos just by changing your eating habit, a bit of control and a little sipping. In addition, my only exercise, which is the most convenient for me as of late, is walking i.e. just when I go to the mall or the supermarket to get something. No fuss! So go ahead and grab a bottle of ground Cinnamon in the store near you. Be healthy!

My Journey To Smelling Good At A Cheaper Cost

It has been a long time since I last posted something here. Been very busy with work. Anyway, I’ll be sharing my journey to perfumery.

Everyone of us experienced bum days at one point or the other. During my bum ol’ days, I stuck myself on books and the world wide web. I made earrings, bracelets and necklaces for the fun of it. Then one day I was searching something, I landed on a site about perfumes. I’ve been wanting to make my own perfume ever since. I got inspired and searched for people on the web who supplies fragrance oils and bottles, etc. After a day of searching I found the best supplier of perfume raw materials. I ordered a few for compounding for myself and my boyfriend. Since I haven’t found the right supplier of bottles yet, I thought of using empty perfume bottles for my first trial. There I went searching and computing the right formula. I experimented on  eau de parfum and eau de toillete. It turned out awesome. Mine was Be Delicious and my boyfriend’s were Acqua di Gio and CK One. He loved it dearly that he wanted more scents. What a very demanding boyfriend I have. Haha! Then came my friend who’s about to marry then. She wanted a perfume giveaway for the sponsors. I offered to do it for her as a gift. (She paid for the materials though. Labor and skills were my gifts.;) )I enjoyed the compounding and the processing from ordering the bottles and the perfume raw materials to designing the label in accordance to the invitation motif. Here are some Eau de Parfum giveaway photos:

After a while, I got more busy with work but I never stopped into thinking on selling what I do. I once again made another batch just last weekend for my sister (as promised) and my demanding boyfriend. I was able to sell some to my cousins and friends. Not bad for a start.
